Tan Tar A Estates Rental Policies
- One nights lodging + booking fee will be charged to your Credit Card at the time reservation is made. There are absolutely no exceptions. Full payment is due at check-in.
- Guest agrees to a $10 non refundable booking fee at the time reservation is made. Entire $10 booking fee is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled.
- Cancellation policy is 30 Days prior to arrival. You will be charged your total lodging charge + tax if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival. There are absolutely no exceptions and no excuses accepted. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
- No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Estates Sales & Property Management reserves the right to refuse any rental reservation. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to expulsion without refund.
- Guest agrees to abide by rental policies of Estates Sales & Property Management, and acknowledges receipt.
- Accommodations are privately owned, and Estates Sales & Property Mgmt is the owner's agent.
- Check-out is 11 AM (no exceptions). If your keys are not returned to our offices by 11:00am on the day of departure you may be charged an additional nights lodging. Check-in is After 2 PM. No Exceptions! Regardless of unit availability you will not be given keys for any reason prior to 2:00pm. (Check in after 5 PM must call office to make arrangements).
- Guest will not have more than the number of adults and children staying in the unit than it will sleep. Violation of this policy will result in expulsion with no refund.
- Estates Sales & Property Mgmt guests and their visitors shall refrain from acting in a manner that is offensive to other Guests, Homeowners, and Visitors in Tan Tar A Estates. Such behavior shall include, without limitation, excessive noise, illegal or offensive conduct, or behavior that jeopardizes the safety, well-being or enjoyment of Tan Tar A Estates Guests, Homeowners, or Visitors. No noise after 11 PM.
- A violation of any Estates Sales & Prop Mgmt guests, or by guest's visitors, may at Estates Sales & Prop Mgmt sole discretion, result in the expulsion of the guest and/or visitors from rental unit without refund.
- Absolutely NO Pets (Pet friendly units available) and NO Smoking are allowed in any rental unit. Guests electing to ignore our No Smoking Policy in Any Room will be assessed a $100 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
- Shuttle Service, Tan-Tar-A Resort Pools, Tan-Tar-A Resort Marina and Fitness Center are not available to Estates Sales & Prop Mgmt guests. Tan-Tar-A Estates Outdoor Pools are available to guests.
- Guest agrees to return the rental keys upon departure. There will be a $25 charge for lost keys. Misplaced keys are lost keys! If key is found and returned to rental office guest will be reimbursed.
- Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. Housekeeping is not provided daily. (Daily housekeeping packages available for additional charge).
- Guests are responsible for leaving the unit in good condition, and if accommodations are left damaged, your credit card will be charged for damages. If unit is left excessively dirty you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $40 per unit.
- Management reserves the right to move the guest if needed repairs cannot be accomplished in a timely manner.
- Management may enter the unit to affect necessary repairs.
