Interstate 44 West to Waynesville. Take Highway 17 North to Iberia. Take Highway 42 West to Highway 54 West (left) through Osage Beach to State Rd KK. Turn Right (North) and go 1.9 miles; we are on the right. There is a burgundy sign, Estates Sales & Property Mgmt out front.

Directions from Kansas City

Take 435 to Highway 50 through Sedalia to Tipton. Turn Right at stop light onto Hwy 5 to Highway 52, east to Eldon. At stoplight (McDonalds on corner) turn right. Go through Eldon and take a right on to Highway 54 West. Go through Osage Beach to State Rd KK, turn right (north) and go 1.9 miles; we are on the right. There is a burgundy sign, Estates Sales & Property Mgmt out front.

Hwy 63 S to Jefferson City. Take Highway 54 West all the way through Osage Beach to State Rd KK. Turn Right (North) on to KK for about 1.9 miles to our office on the ride side. There is a burgundy sign that reads, Estates Sales & Property Mgmt out front.

Go about 12 miles to Hwy KK ( Stop light - on the left will be a large Tan Tar A Resort sign) Turn left down KK, go 1.9 miles to our office on the right side. There is a large sign in front of our building that says Estates Sales and Property Mgmt.
